This place is in great shape and super clean, with a sleek design and a top-notch restaurant. the location is awesome, and it's surrounded by cool bars and restaurants 🌟.

Cozy bed, great bathroom, and a TV for binge-watching, equipped with all the basic cable channels. Also, control the room temperature to your liking and keep your valuables safe in your own personal safe. Plus, you can conveniently park your car right here! 🚗

This place is conveniently located near a large garden with outdoor seating, either in Ciechocinek or nearby Toruń, as well as the clinic; they offer fantastic breakfast choices including waffles and scrambled eggs.

I must say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view of the park. The indoor pool was absolutely amazing, especially at night, and spending time by the outdoor pool was also quite enjoyable. But what really stood out was the delightful spa experience. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more variety of options.

The breakfast was mind-blowing, the location next to the park and close to the centre was super convenient. The service was of the highest quality and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The spa was excellent and the physiotherapy clinic on-site was jaw-dropping. it was a fantastic short holiday!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. The prime location was perfect for exploring the city. having access to a spa added a nice touch to our holiday.

The size of the rooms and bathrooms was quite small, and the quality of the mattresses was not ideal. However, this was not a major issue and did not detract from our overall positive experience.

I always return to this spot for my stay because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, a restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pool, massage services. The staff even helped me with bug spray during my first visit. Perfect place for a city break!

the outdoor seating in the wide garden just at the entrance of the park was amazing. the restaurant breakfast offered a decent choice of food including fresh made pancakes. the room was nice and comfortable with almost everything we may need inside.

The pool was open only from 8:00 am and gets a little crowded at some hours.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and it was amazing! the spa facilities were definitely the best aspect, with a thermal pool and a few saunas that were kept very clean. the restaurant was also fantastic, offering a good variety of dishes and great value for money. the central location was a plus, making it easy to explore the town and its surroundings.

The decoration of Villa Park Med. & Spa is so elegant and charming. I loved how every corner of this hotel exuded a sense of calm and relaxation. The beautiful floral arrangements and soft lighting created a serene atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The general areas were also very well maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay.

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. While the staff overall were wonderful, there were a few instances where they seemed a bit distracted or busy, which made it harder for us seniors to get their attention.
